Believing in the synergy of sharing has been the idea behind the training programs of BYM. The programs are grouped in two categories:

1- Seminars/Workshops on Specific Subjects:

- Metal Forming
- Formability Simulation
- Tooling Construction with 3D Solids
- Tooling Construction based on Standards

2- Die Designer Certificate Program

This program is a training program of over 250 hours of teaching. It is conducted in collaboration with Sakarya University. The program is in equal duration of two sessions and its content is summarized as follows:

- Theory of tooling design and CATIA proficiency training. This part is taught by teaching staff of Sakarya University at the university training center.
- Complete process of tooling design from formability studies to selection of standard equipment is taught by BYM engineers through examples of actual design work. The program is conducted at the BYM Training center which is located next to tooling manufacturing facilities of Form 2000 Tooling Manufacturing company.
